We are committed to providing you with immediate and unrestricted access to our powerful platform from the moment you complete your purchase. To be transparent and clear with all our valued customers, we have outlined our refund policy below.
1. Our No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, HelloAivo does not offer any refunds or credits for any purchases. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Subscription Plan Fees: Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime subscription plans.
- Usage Fees: Funds preloaded into your account wallet for usage-based services (e.g., SMS, phone calls, emails, AI features).
- Add-on Services: Any fees for premium workflow automations or other one-time or recurring service purchases.
By completing a purchase on helloaivo.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund Policy.
2. Justification for Our Policy
Our policy is based on the following key factors:
- Immediate Access to Services: Upon successful payment, your account is instantly created and provisioned. You receive immediate access to the entire HelloAivo platform, its features, tools, and all associated intellectual property. Because this value is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds.
- Digital Product Nature: HelloAivo is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. Unlike physical goods, digital access cannot be revoked in a way that ensures the service has not already been used or the value consumed.
- Incurred Costs: When you subscribe and use our platform, we incur immediate, real costs on your behalf. This includes provisioning your dedicated account, server resources, and the transactional costs for any usage-based services you consume.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. You can manage your subscription directly from your account settings.
- When you cancel, your access to the HelloAivo platform will continue until the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or annual).
- At the end of the billing period, your subscription will expire, and you will not be charged again.
- No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle upon cancellation.
4. Chargeback Policy
We understand that billing issues can occur. However, initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company is not the proper method for resolution and is a violation of our Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
If you have a concern about a charge on your account, please contact us directly at Legal@SalesTechnologiesLLC.com to resolve the issue.
We take chargebacks seriously and reserve the right to dispute any chargeback initiated by a customer. In the event of a chargeback, your account will be immediately suspended pending an investigation.
5. Your Agreement
By proceeding with a purchase, you are confirming that you have read and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not make a purchase.
